The Suns game we got free tickets and were like 13 rows up from the court, it was sweet! We could see much better! If you look closely at the picture you can see Shaquille O'Neal. He's the one shooting the ball. It;s nice to get out of the house for a while and spend some time just with each other. So thanks to our baby sitters!! You know who you are!

We've also been trying some new recipes lately. Tygh got a book called Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives for Easter from my mom. (If any of you have seen the show its on Food Network). We tried a burger out of it last night and WOW was it good! Here is a picture!

(Serves 3 people)
3 kaiser Rolls, or sough dough ( no hard rolls)
1 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 lb Shredded cheddar cheese
Lawry's seasoned salt
Ice cubes, crushed
optional- pickles, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, mustard
Directions:
1. Divide meat into 3 even sized patties, season with seasoned salt. Cook burgers to desired doneness on griddle or cast iron skillet.
2. Top the burgers with a handful of cheese (or more so it spills over the edges, but not to high on top). Then top each with a bun. Let the cheese melt a little bit, then sprinkle the crushed ice cubes around the cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese melts completely.
3. While the cheese melts, make up the bottom of the bun to your liking. Once the cheese melts into the skirt around the burger and browns on the bottom, place the burgers on the bottom of the buns, cheese and all. Then ENJOY!
